■Overview:Randstad, partnered with an Asia-based financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries, is looking for Java Software Engineers to join their Tokyo Wholesale Data and Operations Technology (WDOT) IT group, responsible for providing business solutions, support and ensuring stability for the organization. The role provides a unique opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the technical and functional domain of middle and back-office processing systems, especially OTC derivatives, to work on hands-on development of business application software, adopting and leveraging various DevOps toolsets.■Responsibilities:・Work as a part of a local development team, contributing to system design anddevelopment of software applications for derivatives domain.・ Participate in the full project life cycle including technical analysis, design, data analysisand mapping, development and testing.・ Provide 3rd level support assistance to the Production Support team, to enable effectiveand timely support of the production environment.・ Understand the team’s priority and ensure work is performed in the order of priority in the Agile method.・ Proactively communicate with the application team manager (or members) to ensurethere is no gap in understanding of priorities, expectations on timelines.

求められる経験
■Requirements
・ Strong system design and development skills.
・ Knowledge and working experience in Linux, MS SQL / RDBMS, JAVA, Spring, MyBatis,
Angular.
・ Experience in Devops/Toolchain - Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven etc
・ Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience working in finance or IT industry.
・ Have passion for improvement/innovation and willingness to learn and implement new
technologies.
・ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
・ Knowledge and working experience in C, C++, Delphi
・ Japanese and English are bilingual.
・ Experience of Global system development and support.
・ Business knowledge of derivatives products and its lifecycle.
・ Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Restful APIs
